Produced with double distillation in copper pot stills. You can drink Pisco ABA in a delicious Pisco Sour (Chileans' favourite cocktail), or mixed with Schweppes, Tonic Water or Ginger Ale (called 'chuflay' in Chile), or simply neat on the rocks. ABELHA - Organic Cachaca Gold 70cl Bottle
Abelha Organic Cachaca was created from a simple idea: use the best possible all-natural ingredients and the most traditional artisan methods of production. Abelha Cachaca Gold is aged for 3 years in small 250 litre casks made from garapeira, a Brazilian Ash. This native species of wood does not change the character of the cachaca in the same way as an imported oak barrel - instead it imparts a unique honey and spiced note to the spirit. The result is an authentic Brazilian aged cachaca, with a rich fruity palette, spicy finish and exceptional smoothness. To enjoy neat or in mixed drinks. Abelha is also produced ethically. The company work in fair partnership with small holding farmers, teaching them organic farming and paying them a good price for their cane.

ABELHA - Organic Cachaca Silver 70cl Bottle
Abelha Organic Cachaca was created from a simple idea: use the best possible all-natural ingredients and the most traditional artisan methods of production. The cane is grown 100% organically in the beautiful protected national park of Chapada Diamantina in Bahia, Northern Brazil, where the high, dry climate and sandy soils yield excellent cane for making cachaca. The team at Abelha believe that quality and soul come from doing as much as possible in the traditional way, by hand, in small batches. They distil in a traditional copper pot still with a capacity of only 400 litres and all processes are carefully monitored by experienced eyes (and noses!). The result is a full-flavoured artisanal cachaca, with an intense fruity nose, fresh sugar cane taste and very smooth finish. Abelha is also produced ethically. The company work in fair partnership with small holding farmers, teaching them organic farming and paying them a good price for their cane.

AKASHI TAI - Genmai Aged 72cl Bottle
The Genmai Aged Sake was created using the finest of rices for sake - Yamada Nishiki - in an almost entirely unpolished form. Because unpolished brown rice was used, this sake required extra special attention to detail, such as double-steaming of the rice. Although brewed in 2002 and bottled after being allowed to age, the Genmai Aged Sake will continue to grow in delicious complexity if allowed to age further. Newly fermented sake cannot provide this kind of mature complexity of flavours. The 2002 vintage brings out all the nuances of fragrance and flavour inherent in rice.
